We loved the convenient tram ride to the vibrant Princes Street stop, just a quick 800-meter walk to the hotel. The central location made it easy to explore the Royal Mile and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Grassmarket.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and luxurious decor. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of customer service. Every time we needed to contact reception, we had to call repeatedly before anyone answered.
